Dr. David Feinberg has been practicing clinical
and forensic psychology for over 25 years in the Lexington
area. Dr. Feinberg has performed thousands of individual
evaluations and over 500 custodial evaluations. He has
testified on many of these cases in both family and
criminal court. He is a consultant to the State Bar
Admissions Committee. He has extensive experience in
performing individual treatment of depression, work
related issues, anger issues, anxiety issues, and gender
related issues. He also has extensive experience in
performing marital therapy.
Dr. Patricia Nation is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
She performs psychological evaluations, custody evaluations,
individual therapy, and parenting classes. She specializes
in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and
individual parenting education. Dr. Nation is an instructor
in the Bluegrass Community and Technical College's Department
of Psychology.
Dr. Kimberly Saylor is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
She performs custody evaluations, psychological evaluations
and individual therapy with adults, children and adolescents.
She specializes in the treatment of anger issues and
has conducted anger management groups.
Amy Rouse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
She specializes in working with parents and families
and is a member of the custodial and individual evaluation
team. She performs parenting coordination for high-conflict
divorced parents. She has experience in working with
children and their parents on relational and parenting
issues. Prior to joining the practice, she conducted
multidisciplinary evaluations of abused children and
their families at the University of Kentucky CATS Clinic.
She has also taught as an adjunct instructor at the
University of Kentucky's College of Social Work.
Kelly Hagan is a Licensed Psychological Associate.
Ms. Hagan performs individual and family therapy. She
specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, survivors
of childhood abuse, and adolescent issues. Ms. Hagan
is also a full-time instructor in the Bluegrass Community
and Technical College's Department of Psychology.
Mary McBrayer is a Licensed Clinical Social
Worker. Ms. McBrayer performs individual and marital
therapy. She has experience working with alcohol and
substance abuse issues, marital issues, and working
with parents of children with ADHD.
Valerie Areaux is a a Marriage and Family Therapist
Associate and is certified by the Kentucky Court of
Justice Administrative Office of the Courts as both
a General Civil and a Family Mediator. She has over
16 years experience in treating emotional and behavioral
problems in children and adolescents, providing Parenting
Coordination for high-conflict families and providing
parenting skills training. Valerie also has clinical
experience treating a wide variety of problems affecting
children, couples and families such as: infidelity,
marital conflict, family violence, depression, eating
disorders and issues regarding sexuality and intimacy.
